I am currently a graduate student, also working in the non-profit world and attempting to encourage positive change by example.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the first couple of years on CS I mostly hosted international travelers during their time in Chicago. I met some incredible people who I am happy to now call close friends. I continue to host travelers when my schedule allows and surf whenever I am out of the country. CS has brought the potential for authentic cultural exchange squarely into independent travel and for that I am extremely grateful.
