ABOUT ME

Working on a research project with a group at Nankai University, Tianjin. We're studying energy production and storage at the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City.

I've studied at six universities in three countries while completing my undergrad (Pennsylvania State University; Nankai University; University of Pittsburgh; Soochow University - Suzhou, China; Peking University - Beijing, China; and National University of Singapore).

Found and had an enjoyable get-together with the villagers my father lived with 40 years ago in Vietnam as a young Marine.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've studied Chinese for 4+ years. Always looking for practice, and especially serious exchange (emphasis on language learning/correctness rather than on exchanging ideas).

Tutored math and science for a few years, a little bit of Chinese, and have taught a full AP BC Calculus course in China.
