Overview
About Me
Hello, I am a fairly young Namibian who qualified as a medical doctor and is currently working in southern Germany. I am fearful of descending into a middle class routine and have therefore taken preventative measures to avert becoming a cog in the middle-class machine. One of those is to travel via couchsurfing: My experiences have been overbearingly positive since I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting genuine locals. Mostly I have been enriched by stimulating conversation over dinner and the one or other odd shared beer. I am a very enthusiastic cook being at home in the South-African kitchen and have extended my repertoire recently to include Italian cuisine, having lived with Italians in Germany. It would be lovely to put my skills on display and have a nice dinner together.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Any old dingy, frilly couch will be much preferred to a sanitary, lonely air-bnb room. I like the liveliness of a bustling house and would prefer to have a platform where I can meet open-minded genuine locals for some lovely banter and perhaps a beer or two.
