Hi, I'm Matthias, 26 and a student in Biotechnology.
Im currently living here in Aalborg to work on my Master thesis.
I'd consider myself a pretty easy going and open.minded person, yet I might take a little bit of time to get comfortable around people ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the idea. So whenever it is possible for me I try to host people, trying to give back some of the kindness I received when I was travelling.
And, when the time comes, I look forward to travel and maybe surf again a bit myself

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´ve been surfing and hosting a few time in 2012/13 when I travelled Canada and during my bachelor studies in Bremerhaven I had the pleasure of hosting a bunch of great people. It always has been great and so I´ll keep going, of course! ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I´ve been hiking with a buddy of mine in a national park in Quebec for a couple of days and one morning I was waken up by a moose chewing loudly and breathing heavily outside the tent. When I took a look through the screen door, it was only about two meters away from us eating stuff. We´ve been watching it quietly for about 15 min til it would eventually disappear into the woods.
