ABOUT ME

I am currently Head baker in the Organic Bakery named La Fabrique à pain in Aix en Provence.

I did a big drop in my professional life since I was an Ecologist.

Few years ago, I move to Canada, BC, looking for a new way of life... Especially to find work opportunities in Conservation, but Life is not a strait line and decided that making bread was my leitmotiv.
I wanted to discover the antipodes. That's why I experienced a long and nice journey on bicycle around New Zealand! The aim was to meet people, and to interview people that act in sustainable development especially in organic farming and in ecosystem management. The couch surfing helped to meet people and to have a safety night. Now it will be a nice way to continue to travel through the stories of travellers and to speak english.I love to be outdoor even if the weather is bad and I am very interested by fauna and flora as an Ecologist. I also like everything home made.

PHILOSOPHY

Sharing, meeting, discovering...I enjoy using the most simple way of travelling by bicycle. By this way (and others), I try somewhat to participate in environmental protection. I also make such nice and unexpected meeting!
