ABOUT ME

I am Matthias, 26, years old and I come from Germany. After 10 months working and travelling in Australia I am back in Germany studying molecular Biotechnology in Bielefeld.
I am an easy-going guy who likes interesting conversations about everything. I am open-minded and I like to get to know new cultures and different life styles.

PHILOSOPHY

Working hard is important but do not work too hard so that you forget the great things in life. Having fun with friends, family and just give love. Moreover do not forget your own values.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It Is nice for a backpacker to do some couchsurfing. It Is really interesting what kind of people you meet. Couchsurfing contributes to a better understanding of people and different cultures! Couchsurfing really helped me to get to know different people and to learn about different life styles.

I like traveling around in different countries. If I have time I like to read books of different topics. At the weekend I normally cook for my own sometimes trying some new recipes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Saw finding Nemo during a dive at the Great barrier Reef
-Did rafting in Turkey
-Was at the Ballermann in Mallorca and met the King of Mallorca Juergen Drews
-Did a crazy Fraser Island tour with a 2WD
