About Me
Hey there,
My name is Matthias, I'm 24 years old and I live in the beautiful city of Graz.
Here I study at Graz University of Technology and live in a cosy flat together with three good friends of mine.
I'm native to the capital city of Austria, Vienna, where I grew up and return every now and then to visit my friends and family.
I'm friendly and laid-back so just send me a message if you consider asking me for a place to stay or a city tour.
The worst that can happen is that I'm travelling myself and I can't offer you my comfy couch at that moment :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to offer my couch to travellers on a budget who would like to get in touch with locals and get to know Austria's culture. I would like to show people that even though my hometown Vienna is a buzzing and fascinating metropole, Graz has a lot to offer too and is well worth visit. I'm always curious what others' travel experiences were and hear some weird and amusing stories. I'm always always keen on improving my language skills.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
spent a year working in Cambodia
Teach, Learn, Share
I can probably teach you some German or Khmer, practice languages with you, possibly fix problems you have with your computer haha and maybe teach you some moves on the basketball court. I can share some good stories from my travels but am even more interested in hearing yours. As a host I can share my comfy couch, a guest bed, usually some good wine and beer and whatever food's at home...at least there's some milk and muesli
What I Can Share with Hosts
