Hello ! My name is Matthieu ! I'm 21 and I come from this lovely place called the Provence ( or at least sunny !) in the south of France. 我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've recently decided to open an account on couchsurfing because a friend of mine is already hosting couchsurfers every weeks and I found it really funny and instructive ! Even if my 9m2 doesn't allow me to host people in Edinburgh, I'll be the first to host every lovely person who would like to visit the Provence.

One of the other main reason why I opened an account is that I love travelling and discovering so much ! Every place I see is a new treasure in my memories ! But .. I m a poor student and as an evidence, I can't afford Hotel or Airbnbs. Hostels ? Yeah, why not, but I prefer meeting couchsurfers that will be likely to introduce me to their city life ! Its much more exciting !

I've hundreds of interests ! But the main ones are :

- Athletic / Hill Walking / Kayak / fishing
-Food and especially cheese ! yes I know .. I'm French ..I can't escape my DNA ! ;)
- History ( Middle age and Renaissance especially ). As a consequence, I love visiting the old parts of the cities.
- Lord of the rings ... I which I could be an Hunt ! ( I love trees :p)
- The snow sports
- The green technologies. I dream of the future each time I speak about them..

hum .. I don't really like the concept of favourite because I m not really good at ranking the things I love.

In term of movies or books I do love particulary all that relate to Science-fi, Fantasy or History. I can also watch documentaries for hours ! Someday I can just spend my whole day watching videos about the Amazonian ants.. No shame !

About music ? it's even worst ! I love absolutely everything from the classic to the dubstep ! The only thing I hate is the French rap .. bhaaa it's disgusting !

I once I had sex with ..... tatatata !
No ! to be serious, I love experiences that give you adrenaline boosts ! Therefore I've already skydiving, I did dog sledding in the wild Canada, I fished in the Thai sea , I saw a ping pong show ( don't judge me ! I've been forced to do that !) , I did canyoning tens of times !

But the most amazing thing I've done is to seduce the amazing girl that I love :)

I can teach you how to cook any kind of cheesy French dish you want ! I can also teach you some French if you want ! But the best thing I can teach you is how to play Mario Bros music on your skull ! ( unbelievable, no ? )
