My name is Matthijs. I am living together with my girlfriend Yvette.
We have met each other in New Zealand and are together for 5 years now.
We live in Breda, which is a nice town that is not too big.
In the future we would like to move outside the city and live more in tune with nature.

We are going on a bikepacking tour this year and are looking forward to meeting new people.

I love Jazz/Disco/Funk and various genres that are most often called "world music", which is a very unfortunate term.
I love watching movies and have a weakspot for westerns, science fiction and historical movies.
The books I read are sometimes educational, sometimes fictional. Lately been reading work by Kate Rawworth and Thomas Piketty, but also lots of Dutch literature.
