ABOUT ME

I am just an ordinary guy with extraordinary ideas! :) I am working as a trainer at a little firm in Hungary.
As for my personal life, I am a creative guy, doing a lot of things that I can use my ideas for.

Besides my "personal projects", I am commited to my personal growth and developement, so I learn a lot in trainings, different groups and - of course - from a lot of experiences.

One source of experience is travelling to different countries and explore them. This is why I joined CS community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am so new to CS, that I have just registered to the site. I have heard stories from my friends about their experiences and adventures when they used CS and found very nice hosts and had a lot of nice moments! :)

Interests

Regarding to my profession, I am interested in group dynamics, leading and facilitating change and learning in groups and organizations. An essential part of group processes are creativity and spontaneity. I am really interested in the factors that can develope creativity in groups.

In my personal life, I am very interested in new ways of innovation and the power of communities.
I am a fellow researcher at a Hungarian University and have a little team doing research on open innovation in Hungary.

I am running a community based news portal that contains only good and positive news from around the world. (www.gudnyuz.hu) :)

With this, I would like to make a positive change on the way people see their life. Hungarians are quite pessimistic, and liable to see the "dark side" of life. On my site, people can experience, that the life has a lot of good and positive things.

Fortunatelly, it is a succesful project, and have positive feedbacks from my readers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Total Eclipse, polar lights in Finnland, meeting people. I mean REALLY MEET somebody. Not just talk, getting physically attached, but really meet somebody.
