Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'd like to host more often, but I don't have a fixed flat in Berlin, yet and then it depends if my falt-mates are okay with it^^
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
It is nice to know that wherever you go you are welcomed, to get the chance seeing things and places that you would never visit so easiely as with couchsurfing. My stay in Brasil, far far away from home with two couchsurfers was a very nice experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once upon a time I was Aupair in Belgium, I took care of three little children (3,6,9). Brought them to school and picked them up. I lived with this familly for 8months. I crashed the car in the second month, too much speed in the turn. I had to learn french to comunicate properly with the children, it was longtime a big mess for them and me. I fell in love with an Ukrainian girl. My hostparents sepparated in the 5th month, the mum got an other guy since a year. Their realationship wasn't healthy anyway. She went out. The kids and me had to change home every week. The kids became crazy, emotionally ravaged. My Ukrainian girl, my biggest support, had to leave Belgium. Two weeks later I quietted the contract with the familly.
I learned french and started to study it afterwards, taking care of the speedlimit ;) and much much more.

A smile and good conversation
By the way
sharing a beer at the river, some nice places, bars, activities, nothing very touristic

Without wanting to be intrusive, you could learn some german and get to know that it is not a harsh language as you might think
