I'm Matt from Lethbridge Alberta Canada. Like most of us couchsurfers I've been on long backpacks across all the continents and I would love to share my stories with you and to hear yours. I'm pretty laid back but love to go out, either to the pub with friends, public events, live music...etc. I've a pretty good grasp of French and Spanish and like any chance to speak them. I am certified to teach English and have a special joy for helping those who would like to learn the language. So come on! Let's meet and find out more about one another.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've scored tickets to the Cannes Film Festival by accedent, waiting next to the red carpet. A dazzelingly well-dressed lady handed my friend and I a couple tickets to watch a film with them. It was kind of awkward being a couple of teens who just got off the beach in our t-shirts and swim-shorts being led to sit next to lavish flim producers. But what the hell! You have to reach out and get yours.
