ABOUT ME

I like to see concerts, I like to eat, I like to listen to records and write music. That about sums me up! I'll travel to do those things or happily help travellers do the same in the Metro Vancouver area! I know the local scene well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I typically will purchase multiple tickets to an out of town concert and find someone in the local area to host me in exchange for a ticket to said concert and we go and enjoy the show together. I would happily do the same if I am able. Couch/bed availability depends on time of travel, but do not hesitate to ask.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've not hosted before, but have surfed twice in California with great results.

Interests

Writing and playing music, hanging out in parks or on the beach, going to concerts, cooking, collecting records, meeting new people, travelling, 420.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once couch surfed in the SF bay area to see Neil and Peggy Young's Bridge School Benefit Concert which that year included performances by Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Queens Of The Stone Age, Tom Waits, Arcade Fire, Jack Johnson, My Morning Jacket, Elvis Costello, Diana Krall, Heart, fun., and Jenny Lewis. The Sunday was the day that Lou Reed had passed away and My Morning Jacket, Elvis Costello, and Neil Young performed a beautiful rendition of "Oh, Sweet Nuthin'"
