I'm living in China because I love learning about the country and trying to explain what I see to others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

These days I don't have a space to offer because I live in a very small apartment with no couch. I'm still available to show people around when I have time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first couchsurfer I met (not my guest) puked all over my couch, chair and floor on the night of my birthday and then left. But, hey, I'm still here.

兴趣

In China: Research/write about the country, talk with different kinds of Chinese people about their lives and experiences, play ultimate frisbee, explore neighborhoods and parks.

In California: playing ultimate frisbee, building treehouses/outdoor hangouts, and talking with friends.

I think living in China right now is a real gift. It's great to be able to watch the country grow into itself.

I've done a lot of research about economics and politics in China, so I've got a good base of knowledge to explain a lot of the social/political/economic phenomena you see in this country. I also love to teach people how to play frisbee.
