ABOUT ME

Grew up in a little village in the Black-Forest, before I went to Potsdam-Babelsberg in 2003.
Studied Social Work and Social Pedagogigs and finished with success in 2008.
Worked in my job for two years in Berlin before I left to discover the world :-)
Had my great Travel-around-the-World-Experience in 2010/2011.
Travelled to five countries at five continents and visited street-soccer-projects in each of it.
Back in Germany I moved to Freiburg but two years later I moved (back) to Berlin.
Since 2013 I live in Berlin-Wedding and I am working in Berlin-Schöneberg.

PHILOSOPHY

Really rich is, who's got more dreams in one's pocket, than reality can destroy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Was a big Pleasure for me to be guest at CS-Places all over the World.
Experiencing great Hospitality all over the World it is a pleasure to host other Travellers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Travelled around the World for ten months and made fantastic Experiences with CS in every single Country.
Never expected that it is possible to meet so many lovely and interesting People who are hosting me.
In all that Years I travelled a lot more and every Time I had new overwhelming CS-Moments.

兴趣

Traveling - Hiking - Mountaineering.
Football (Soccer) / Playing and Big Fan (of different Clubs ;-).
Listen to a lot of different Music (at Home or Live).
Cycling with my Bike through the whole City.
Swimming in the Lake all over the Year (Ice-Bathing in Winter-Time).
Spending Time at my little "Ranch" in the Black-Forest.
Having a Wood-Fire whenever it is possible.
Sleeping outside under Star-Sky whenever it is possible.

Deep in my Heart I am still a Punk-Rocker ;-)
But today I like a lot different styles of Music.
Most of it is based on Rock'n'Roll!
But also Singer-/Songwriter-Stuff.
Actually, I'm always curious to get to know new music
So I am collecting Songs while travelling and like to get new Impressions.
Music is a very important part of my Life!

Which books I like is not that easy to say.
Actually I just find time to read while travelling or in my Vacations.
But I like reading Books a lot.
I guess I like Novels close to Historic Proceedings.
So I have a lot of Books about interesting political Periods worldwide.
Or Books from Adventureres for example.
But I also like weird stories about stupid Life in this crazy World.

Trekking in the Khumbu-Region in Nepal (2001).
Having an Internship and Traveling through New Zealand (2005/2006).
Traveling around the World and visiting Street-Soccer-Projects;
in Israel/Palestine - Cameroon - India - Australia - Peru (2010/2011).
Backpacking from Punta Arenas in the South of Chile through La Paz in Bolivia (2019).

Nearby there is a Lake where it is possible to Swim all over the Year ;-)
