ABOUT ME

I'm a 25-year-old girl that allows herself to dream big and is willing to work hard for it. Many people say that I have a special kind of humor which you gotta get used to first. I speak German, Spanish, English, and a little bit of French.
I'm a huge fan of the californian lifestyle and way of thinking.
My interests are spread widely over different subjects, I can talk about pretty much everything and am eager to listen to everyone who is willing to share their opinion.

I do not drink any alcohol, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs. I don't mind if you do, as long as you won't drive while or after doing any of those things. I am only stating this on my profile, because it seems to be a problem for some, for whatever reason.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, the obvious one is that I am a student and live on a tight budget. But the experiences I had while couchsurfing in LA were about so much more than just saving money. Meeting locals (and new friends in general) is just so exciting. I don't think I will ever forget those memories.

Interests

I love to travel and seeing new things. When I'm not traveling, I spend most of my time with my boyfriend, my handful of very good friends and with my family. I like watching movies, going to festivals in the summer and I lovvvve food. Also, it is very hard for me not to start talking to an animal whenever I see one.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a specific genre when it comes to music, but I particularly like Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, and Seeed (a german dancehall group - check them out!).
One movie that I can watch over and over again and don't get bored is Marley and me. I also cry every time haha
I really enjoyed reading Of mice and men, Harry Potter, and The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Right now I'm reading a Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and I love it. I don't think I've ever laughed that much while reading a book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think this upcoming semester will be the most amazing thing I will have done. I have never been that far away from home for such a long time. I can't wait to change the tense in this section :-))
