Hi! I'm a 20 year old adventure-seeking, fun-loving, outgoing introvert with a passion for travel. I'm majoring in Chicano/a Studies with the intention of teaching English as a foreign language. I plan to travel the world to my heart's content teaching and learning from those around me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have quite an eclectic taste in music - love classic and contemporary rock, folk, dancing to funk & punk, bluegrass, and some electronic (no whomps, thanks) just to name a few genres. Currently obsessed with the song Cansaço by Nym and Little Dragon.
Not much of a movie watcher, but I love reading. No particular genre, just attracted to certain writing styles and perspective-challenging works. I am almost always reading several books at one time, such as now: Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype by Clarissa Estés, A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers, and Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts.

Moved to a foreign country by myself with only a little bit of the language under my belt.

Teach, Learn, Share

I consider myself to be a yogi. I am not certified, but I practice daily and love sharing my practice with anyone and everyone. I also do a work/trade at a yoga studio in Santa Cruz.
I have been working on my Spanish language skills for a few years and enjoy conversing to the best of my ability!
I am a fountain of love & happiness and try to soak those around me :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Yoga! It is incredible for the mind, spirit, and body.
I am also a pretty damn good cook, if I do say so myself. I'll attempt to cook and/or bake whatever your heart desires.
