I am a coffee and tea addict. I can spend hours in a local coffee shop chatting up a storm with the baristas and drinking most of the inventory. I love yoga, leafy greens, and chai tea. I also have a new found passion for skateboarding (though I find myself more on the ground with an injury than I do on the actual board!). I am a newly certified 200 HR Yoga Alliance Instructor and would love to practice yoga with you! I am always up for an outdoor adventure or a chat!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ran my first marathon in 2014, and training for it was quite a mental hurdle for me at the time. It definitely ended up being one of the most rewarding things I have ever done.
