Hello! I grew up in Singapore, a small little country in Asia and I love travelling! Currently in 2015, I am on a student exchange program in Vancouver, Canada.

I love travelling and in the past few years, I have been to countries that have left a deep-set impression on me. My favourite cities to date are: New York, Paris and Taiwan.

p/s: currently looking to surf as I'm still a student! Will pay back to this community when I get my own apartment in the future! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing came to my attention only recently, to be honest. There are SO many things that I can uncover in a place, but I wouldn't know until
1) I stay there for an extended period of time
2) I talk to someone who has been there for a long period

& I realise that couchsurfing would provide me with the best experience in discovering a city and meeting new people :)

Interests

I love to dance: hip hop in particular. I have been dancing since 17, and I love moving to the music. If there was 1 thing I would commit to with all my heart at this point in my life, it would definitely be dance.

I also love to discover cafes and soak in the atmosphere in each one. The coffee, the pastries, the music each cafe provides -- everything :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Since I love to dance, evidently, I love music too! I would say though that I do not have a preferred genre; as long as the music is good, be it pop/rock/r&b/indie/anything, I'll take it!

I also love dystopian novels, mystery-thrillers, and the good old Harry Potter series :D
