Overview
About Me
I was born and raised in Costa Rica, where I regularly enjoyed surfing, swimming and went through a lot of schooling! I then moved to Texas to pursue an engineering degree.
Currently, I am an Aerospace Engineering PhD student at Texas A&M University and like to travel and experience new cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I think couchsurfing is the best way to experience a new place. Learning about the lives of the hosts and sharing with them forms a human connection, and keeps us open to new perspectives that enrich us.

Music, Movies, and Books
Biographies: they're like fiction books but even more interesting, it happened in real life!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once I saved a drunk father from drowning in a treacherous beach break in Costa Rica. Maybe the most intense 5 minutes of my life, his life, and his kids' lives.
Teach, Learn, Share
I volunteer during the summers to teach STEM subjects to middle schools students.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd love to cook a traditional meal for the hosts, share reading lists and listen to their life experience!
