I´m from San Luis a town in the north of Mexico, I moved to Mexico city four years and I just graduated from college. Since I was little I have travelled with my family and friends all around Mexico and United States.

I love music! I´ve been playing piano and the guitar for a while now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I moved to Mex. City I've been couchsurfing unofficially with my friends when I go to my home town and I´ve received many friends and friends of friends also in my house to show them the city. Having guests at my house and living in my friend´s house has given me some of the best talks and ways to rediscovered these cities I thought I knew.

I think the best way to get to know a city, country, place, etc is through its people. I'm really interested in listening to other people stories, culture and tradition and getting involved with them is how you can really learn about them and at the same time share your own cultural and personal stories to give them something to take with them when they leave.

Interests

I enjoy walking through the city, get lost, take a bike ride, learn about the history of the places.
Also I love to get away from the city go mountain biking, hiking, rock climb or any other outside sport. Go to little towns, the forest, beaches, anywhere I can enjoy nature.

Trying new things, challenge myself, go beyond my limits.

Music is the soundrack of life, I enjoy lots of genders: Rock indie, classical, jazz, bossa nova, electronic, etc. Favorite artists: Oasis, Coldplay, arctic monkeys, The Killers, The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, John Mayer, Chopin, Kasabian, Foster the people, Ludovico Enaudi....

Movies: Cinema Paradiso, Inglorious Bastards, Inception, Star wars, Lord of the rings, Big Fish, Into the Wild, Dead Poet Society.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did two roadtrips along the south of USA, one to the west coast, going through a lot of national parks (grand canyon, yosemite, etc) and another all the way to Key West in Florida.

Also I did one to the peninsula de Yucatán in Mexico stopping in mayan pyramids and sleeping in the middle of the jungle.

I walked more than 100kms to Santiago of Compostela.

Backpacked around Europe by myself.
