About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Do to others as you would have them do to you.

ABOUT ME

My name is Mauricio, I've always wanted to be a world traveler. I am a person who feels at home in a family setting but also doesn't mind getting a party started. I'm a very capable guide, host, and companion. I've lived in Memphis almost all my life and I think two of my favorite places would be the first floor on 152 on Beale St. and La Guadalupana on Summer Ave, a Mexican restaurant. I consider myself to be a respectful person, even a people pleaser. I am very grateful for all my blessings and am on a constant path of self improvement and learning. I am for the most part a practical non-materialistic. I do like classic cars, playing sports, dance clubs, cooking, good food and drink, and different cultures. I CS'd from Memphis to Seattle, and it was awesome!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I keep an open mind when meeting others and love to show people around Memphis, TN, the city where I've grown up. I am constantly looking for opportunities to serve as well as to grow mentally, spiritually, and otherwise. CS is a great way to do so.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met two Slovenian sisters, several years younger than myself and had my mind blown by their extenisve travels and adventures via CS. They helped me realize that through CS, traveling the world authentically is now a much more attainable prospect than ever before.
