Cuando conducía por una ruta un auto en la banquina comenzó a incendiarse y su dueño salió de éste con un extintor. - When he was driving down a road, a car on the shoulder began to catch fire and its owner got out of it with a fire extinguisher.

Cuando crucé el estrecho de Messina en tren, todo el tren junto a 3 trenes mas entraron en el interior de un barco y éste los llevó desde Villa San Giovanni a Messina. - When I crossed the Strait of Messina by train, the whole train along with 3 more trains entered the interior of a ship and this one took them from Villa San Giovanni to Messina.
