Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is Mauricio, I'm from a small, grey, industrial port city in the south of Buenos Aires province called Bahía Blanca. People there are a little bit grey too, so one of my life attemps is to search for colour and variety, escaping from that grey mass that tends to reproduce exactly the way it is.
When 20, I luckily got the chance to move to Buenos Aires to study architecture. I think this was one of the best moves I've made in my life. I worked in many types of jobs, from cooking assistant or selling remote controls to being an architecture drafter. During these years I had got the chance to meet a lot of people from different places, giving me a broader perspective on life.
I came to the conclusion that the more people or stories I know, I judge less, and understand more.

Music, Movies, and Books
Lately I've been listening to a lot of Ambient Music, from Brian Eno to more contemporary composers like Christopher Willits or Taylor Deupree.
Favourite movies I think they would be 2001: Space Odyssey, and Stalker from Tarkowski. El Abrazo de la Serpiente is an excellent movie I've watched recently.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach in general about architecture, basic music theory and guitar for begginers. I am also a social tango dancer, so I am able to teach this dance for people who are introducing to it. I can teach very specifically about 3d art and rendering, because that's what I've been doing lately for a living.
As far as learning, I hope I'm able to learn about everything.
I can share with you my story, the chacarera rythmn on guitar, and a traditional lentil stew recipe from Argentina.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can help you around the house, cook and do some fixing and bricolage tasks. I have two useful hands and I hope a useful head too.
