ABOUT ME

My name is Maurits and at the moment a full time tour cyclist :-)(at least for the coming year). I am a very openminded guy and enjoy just about everything. I really like to meet all kinds of people, to have inspring, warm and loving conversations with and to exchange new and creative Ideas.

Before i went on my bike tour i worked as a bike messenger and office IT dude. I killed my time by cylcing, joining alleycats, building stuff out of scrap and fixing stuff(mostly bikes). So if you have anything laying around that needs fixing ;-). Also Researching bike trips behind my computer, while listening to all sorts of music(ska, reggae, rock and lots of old stuff on records). I also do yogic meditation and soul searching in my spare time.

I believe in the natural good in people and that these days people are much to frightened. SO OPEN YOUR COUCHES AND ENJOY!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Did most of my couchsurfing with a friend. we hosted people via couchsurfing and just occasionally when someone needed a place! Slept on a few couch already and had the best time of my life doing so
