I am Maurizio, but most people just call me Mauri. I like getting to know new people, from any background. My friends would describe me as friendly, tolerant, polite, and open-minded. I think that I have some humor, I really like having fun with others. I´m probably more of an extrovert and I care a lot about the people that are close to me. It´s important to me to always stay curious and open towards what´s still foreign to me yet. I see myself as a student, in the way that I never want to stop learning about life and growing personally.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've worked for 6 months in a psychiatry (civil service), where I got to know a lot of very different and interesting people. Even though sometimes it was rather challenging, I really enjoyed working there. One of my favorite experiences were the regular walks alongside the nearby forest, where I got the fulfilling opportunity of listening to the patients. While listening to other people, it's as if I could experience much more than just a single lifetime. This is still something I really enjoy until today: to hear and talk about experiences, while also sharing one's own.
