ABOUT ME

Hi everyone, I'm Mauro from Naples, Italy. I'm an easygoing and curious person.
When I travel to a new place, I'm always interested in discovering its traditional culture: food, music, traditions, religion, history and mythology.
I grew up in Naples, a place that is a true mix of Mediterranean cultures. Maybe this is why I love meeting people from different countries, exploring new places, learning new languages and feeling that the whole world can be “your home”.

Every day I try to live in a healthy way with good food, yoga, mindfulness and my work in psychotherapy.
But I also enjoy the fun side of life: street food, a good glass of wine and those moments when you can just forget everything, especially during holidays and while exploring new places 😁

I’m passionate about music, all kinds, especially folk traditions.
I believe that sharing food and music is the most beautiful way to bring people together and create real friendships.

I'm also an ecologist, trying to make this world a better place through Permaculture.

My personal slogan is:
