ABOUT ME

Hi there! Its maurits. I am a pianist. Sometimes i write my own songs. So far i wrote a few masterworks ;) haha. I may sound major. Believe me: i am insecure about many things. Yeah life is a struggle for me sometimes. I wish i could live in a dream but there's always the reality "looking over your shoulders"

I spend my day's practicing, reading books and playing concerts in different places. I do have some other work to pay the bills.... I am afraid my name isn't Herbie Hancock.

Couchsurfing gave me some new friends! So far i hosted many people from all over the world. I tend to experience my city in a different way when i am around with a couchsurfer. The best things happening spontaneous...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was in Turin ( Italy) i had a lot of fun there! so far I have hosted many people. All of them where very positive experiences!

I like to show them the 'hotspots' of the Hague. THe best thing do that is by BIKE. i advise you all to rent a bike. (onfortunately i have only one for myself)

Interests

i am interested in so many things! there's so much to discover yet... but mostly music,art,dance,culture,sport...books

Some films I really liked are "Das Leben der Anderen" , More recently a film called "Mommy " directed by a xavier nolan.
