Hi! I’m a psychologist recently back from the Vaupés region, on the border with Brazil, where I conducted fascinating research on mental health with indigenous communities. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with around 24 different tribes, learning about their traditions, perspectives, and ways of life. It was an incredible journey that combined science, culture, and adventure in one of the most biodiverse and remote areas of the world.
