About Me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To give back some of the hospitality I received while traveling.

Couchsurfing should be about connecting with people from all around the world. Sharing ideas, sharing experiences, sharing your home, broaden each others horizon and spread tolerance. Therefore please don't contact me, if you are only looking for free accomodation. In order to find the "right" host, one should take the time to actually read a profile - if you did so, it will be easy for you to include the password "banana-milkshake" into your request.

(Whenever I put public trips on CS, I tend to get quite a few offers from people who are into nudism/naturism. Whatever floats your boat, guys... Just please understand it's not my thing!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

...was to show some understatement and not brag about that really amazing thing I once did.

Teach, Learn, Share

Sharing my home with you of course!

Also I can teach you a bit of this marvelously complicated language called "german".

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can show you how to open a bottle of beer with just a piece of paper. (Very important skill when you live in the region with the highest density of breweries in the world!)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, England, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Palestine, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Scotland, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Ukraine, United States, Vatican City State, Viet Nam, Wales
