I'm mostly working right now, as nurses do.
I am polyamourous and living with my husband and two cats, who are always happy to have more humans around to serve them.
I like hiking and figuring out how to live off of nature, conspiracy theories, food and punk. I (sadly) live in an apartment but I fill it with plants for both eating and looking at. Veganism is important to me and has been for about 14 years now. I enjoy cooking, like A LOT, and I show my appreciation for people by cooking or baking for them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel, but in a more welcoming way than by living in a hotel or hostel. Open to host as well!
I am trying to live by the philosophy of being vulnerable and kind and to ask, because some wise lady wrote in a book that "those who can ask without shame are viewing themselves in collaboration with - rather than in competition with - the world. Asking for help with shame says: You have the power over me. Asking with condescension says: I have the power over you. But asking for help with gratitude says: We have the power to help eachother" and I think that's pretty dang smart.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a lot of books and can't really choose just a few! But I can re-read all HP-books as well as anything by Scarlett Thomas or Ben Aaronovitch.
As for movies I love horror and anything old as heck with no budget.
I listen to most music but punk will always have a special place in my heart.
