About Me
Please do not feel offended if I don't accept your request :) Please bring a sleeping bag. We have good heating.
Ok, let me try a description:
active soul weekdays, a bit lazy over the weekend =)
I am new to Tbilisi. From London UK.
Current profession: English teacher and also tour organiser of trips inside Georgia (please ask if you need any info)
Small-time entrepreneur (if it works out)
Georgia is a nice surprise for me. I already knew a few famous names from this country:
1. Stalin
2. Bulat Okudzhave
3. Nani Bregvazde
Now I have developed a special interest in Georgian history. Feel free to buy me a drink and ask me why ^_^
A bit more about 'this Max'.
1. I just quit my job in the UK and decided to have a fresh start.
2. World weary :-) Too much to tell :p
But in a nutshell:
- Practical Theorist: live, learn, produce, enjoy and share
- Making videos = new interest 😎
ARCHIVAL MATERIAL BELOW:
==========
ARCHIVE, SPRING 2024, Tbilisi
NOTE: I can host a MAXIMUM OF 1 PERSON!
I PREFER TO HOST NON-SMOKERS
I need the place and time of your arrival, and period of your stay in Tbilisi
I would need your whatsapp number, too.
Nearest metro station, Avlabari. About 5 min walk from my home.
You can bring a book to discuss/something to share: board game, food or drink
Turkish Times Archive:
I am new to Istanbul, and to the Turkish language. Looking for new friends and interesting and inspiring souls.
ARCHIVE MATRRIAL. RE HOSTING IN TURKEY:
The picture of the couch is for my apartment in Antalya. BUT I am in Istanbul now! If I host you, you can sleep on the floor if my place doesn't have a couch or extra bed.
1. I am willing to host 'decent and civilised' folk. I have a small and compact studio (see my Home section). So, if you are looking for luxury and 5-star treatment, please contact another host.
2. I don't host people who are 'just travelling' without any practical purpose! You need to be doing something useful to society: working/volunteering, studying, etc.
3. Please don't copy and paste. It gives the impression of lack of creativity, laziness or worse =)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
1. Make new social contacts and real friends.
2. Exchange views and experiences.
3. May be (just may be) do some interesting group project of positive value to society
