Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Why not? That's basically the main reason.
Since I am getting a lot of requests, I'd like to give you some hints for streamlining the process:
1. First of all, send a request, not a message. Requests are a lot easier to keep track of. We can use messages to exchange additional info.
2. If you give me your phone number, please make sure it's correct, including country code (e.g.: +31, +49).
3. Please be as precise as possible about when (what time) you arrive, so I can plan accordingly.
4. Point 2 and 3 are also important, since I will only tell you my address once you arrive. I will tell you how to get to the closest tram stop before though (if you stick to point 3, I can give you more precise directions). I will need to know where in Amsterdam you arrive (which station) to be able to give you directions.
