Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience in Cochsurfing was by coinsidence, not included to this community and the contact was not from the internet, but here is the story:
In summer 2007 i missed the last bus from central bus station. I walked through the streets preparing myself to a nightlong city-walk till the morning and the first bus. I began to enjoy the silence of the streets which i knew only buisy and full of noise.
Suddenly I saw light in one of these little nice stores - it was a shop for hand made silverjewellery - and a man was working inside (it was after 2am!), a very strong, crazy and intensive picture, unforgettable! I passed by but after a few steps i had to turn around, I wanted to know more about this moment and the reason for its existance.
We spend a long time for talking and listening to music, later 3 friends also came to visit him and one of them invited me to sleep on his sofa - my first experience in couchsurfing!

Interests

It's so much that i have to be very generally: The world and its people, their different lifestyles in different regions. So I love to travel, fare away but also in my country: Its simply so interesting and no region, no city is the same. What a difference a day make! What a difference a hour in the car or train make! But also art: Music, Movies, ...
