About Me

Hey there, I am Max. I am an open-minded, enthusiastic, attentive guy. I am curious to see new places and meet new people. I like to be focused and think things through together with others. I enjoy thoughtful, genuine, quirky, funny conversations, even better after a nice meal with a drink. I cook frequently and enjoy to find new ingredients and inspiration for my cuisine. I like to be outside in nature. I run a lot and enjoy to go swimming which helps me getting a clearer mind. I was fortunate to travel different places and meet many friendly and supportive people. I am looking forward to new and unexpected opportunities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For the most part, I do not like hotels for their sterility and hostels with the sensory overload — many exceptions exist. Most of my traveling alone, I was very lucky with accommodations. I want to be a bit more organised and prepared on future journeys. Couchsurfing seems like the perfect place to have it both - interesting encounters and a more convenient arrival at a new place.
