One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was a joke ...Asked a couple to move away from the corner of the ancient walls in the Old Upper Town of Bergamo, tell them I was there because I had decided to commit suicide right there by throwing myself down on the ground, like an Icarus. I wanted to know what they would have thought and done. I also told them "If you wanna stay and see, do it, it doesn't matter to me. Maybe it's better to go". They have gone very slowly, keep on watching me, turning their necks behind, 'til arriving at the car and wait some more time before going away. At that point I decided to smoke my cigarette, looking at the panorama view downstairs.
