ABOUT ME

I am from France, Normady. I grew up there and then moved to Lyon, south of France, where I am an engineering student. As part of my curriculum, I decided to take a one year break to studie abroad. I spent some time in California doing some research at UC San Diego. Right now I am an intern in Massachusetts.

As it is a one time experience away from home, I would love to be able to learn more about the US (as big as it may be), the people who live there, the culture, everything !!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When in San Diego, I was introduced to the couchsurfing community by my roommate. Since I've had amazing experiences using it.

When in California, we use to host people from all around the world and show them around. This is when I discovered how it can make your trip better, not just finding a place to sleep but interacting with people there and making sure you see the city you are visiting not just as a tourist.

Interests

I grew up playing lots of sports, especially handball and basketball (this might be one of the reasons I decided to settle in California... Maybe also the fact that the water is 10x warmer here than in Normandy !). I also like to play chess.
