Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've surfed my share of couches and hosted a good many people in my home. Many times I've taken in friends, acquaintances, and Rainbow family who are not on this network.

Recently I lived at a world-famous wilderness commune. Open-door policy meant that I hosted something on the order of a hundred people over three years. Yes, I have crazy stories.
