ABOUT ME

Im a quirky educator from the sunny, perpetually money making island of Singapore. With a resident population of 5 million, cramped in less than 800sq km, it makes for having your own personal space a considerable chore. In addition, after having been bitten by the wanderlust bug due to my family's penchant for travelling since I was young, Im usually out of Singapore for a month in a year to satisfy the wanderlust itch. Im also an avid angler, clocking in at least a trip weekly. Angling in Singapore is an exercise in patience so it contributes to my phenomenal level of patience which helps in my line of work. A love for books rounds me up as an individual hence the myopia. :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently due to the social engineering policy in Singapore where singles below 35 are not able to purchase a public housing apartment, it makes for hosting fellow CouchSurfers impossible. The alternative is for me to guide fellow CouchSurfers in exploring Singapore when they are here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to have an authentic CouchSurfing experience. I would love my upcoming trip to Japan in December to have that experience.
