ABOUT ME

So I just learned how to surf. Then I learned how to wind-surf. Next up, couch surfing! I have a couple months left in Australia (I am studying here for one semester) and have way to much to see with the little time I have left. I want to see the country, up and down (and new zealand!)

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life for the experiences. It's not about where you end up, but how you get there. It's all about the ride in!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to the community, and unfortunately cannot host people in my college dorm, but when I get back to the United States, I plan to open up my house for years to come - I've only heard the best things about couch surfing, and hope to join the community.

Interests

Music: Miike Snow, Phoenix, Passion Pit, Beatles, Franz Ferdinand, Guster, the Strokes.... I'll stop before I get carried away...

Movies: Any Wes Anderson film, Life Aquatic is my favorite! Christopher Nolan films... Dark Knight, Inception, Momento. Matrix, Airplane, Avatar!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef was probably the coolest experience I've ever had, being completely immersed in the underwater world, surrounded by life in every shape and form. I also did my first night dive, swimming with torchs, alongside dozens of sharks. Something everyone should see if they can!

I have an extensive repertoire of games, ranging from card/board games, to active games, to drinking games.

And I throw a meeaaan frisbee.
