About Me

14 years of school, 5 of Uni, it felt like it was time to improvise... and fly away, to see a bit more of the big blue ball, and of the 7.5 billions of people occupying it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Even if I'm a green-nature-wildlife-lover, I do agree with the travelling lesson number one: your experience is made of the people you will come across, that's the "memories factory" and how you might learn a little bit more about... anything. What better way than couch surfing to increase the chances?

Interests

Being a very curious person, I won't make a huge pointless list. I'm basically interested in discovering and learning more about anything. Nevertheless the most important interests in my everyday life can be summed up in four words: Nature Politics Literature Cinema

  • wildlife
  • culture
  • literature
  • cooking
  • flying
  • politics
  • movies
  • traveling
  • billiards
  • surfing
  • swimming

Music, Movies, and Books

I would be happy to talk about the best and worst movies of all time, and especially give advices to people willing to discover some french ones.
books are my best travelling partners, many I loved, only a certain amount of them available in english...: Hemingway (A farewell to arms, For whom the bell toll), Harper Lee (To Kill a Mockingbird), Jack London (The call of the wild; The Star Rover)...
Music: Morcheeba (Big Calm), Peter Gabriel (Ovo), Max Richter (the 4 seasons recomposed), FEDER (Goodbye feat Lyse)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saving a bee from a certain death in the swimming pool

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching: Actually, it's not just one man, or two, but twelve guys who walked on the moon, from 1969 to 1972. And other useful or stupid information like this one ;) + the 5th most used language in the world

Learning: what's left of the local cultures in this crazy 21st century, your thoughts ideas and knowledge...

What I Can Share with Hosts

Time, joy, culture, experiences, opinions...
I would also be happy to cook for you, even if it might involve a lot of improvisation.
(+ obviously I'd be more than happy to give you a hand with anything you need, couchsurfing is also mutual assistance ;) )
