About Me
My name is Max! I am physics student at the Heidelberg University. I was born and grow up in Ukraine but when I was 18 I moved to Germany to get a higher here and was doing so for the past seven years. Since I was 14 I knew that I will be studying physics because I was always curious about the hidden natural mechanics obscured from the naked eye. Apart from my main occupation I engaged in the Foodsharing initiative trying to prevent the unnecessary food waste and I am a member of the Heidelberg student choir, so be prepared to hear me humming songs all day!

Music, Movies, and Books
To describe my music taste is as hard as to describe the taste of all fruits in one word (hint: very hard) :) I like pretty much everything ranging from rock to reggae with a slight inclination towards the rock direction. From the bands perspective here are some of my favorite: Queen, El Ten Eleven, Coldplay, Wise Guys, Talking Heads, Okean Elsy and Daft Punk. That's just to start with.
For some years now I am trying to develop a deeper understanding of the cinema art so alongside the usual suspects as MCU films I tend to watch and understand classics (and yes, the Usual Suspects pun was intended). LOVE Hayao Miyazaki, Wes Anderson, Christopher Nolan and Taika Waititi.
As for the books I tend more to the fantasy ones. Huge fan of Harry Potter.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last time I was in China we hiked the Great Wall. We have found this blog with the instructions how to get to the old (not reconstructed) part. So we went there. It was exhausting , few times really dangerous but it was one of the best trips in my life! To visit something as ancient, to wonder how the hell it was build with the tech of 6 hundred years ago, to gaze at the stormy night sky and to spend a night in one of the towers build on the mountain top. These moments are worth living for.
