Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In August 2016 I gained my first CS-experiences during a 10-days cycling trip through the Netherlands.

I wanted to get to know the country, its culture and of course the people. That had led me to the decision finally to try couchsurfing.

It was such a positive experience to receive a warm welcome by people who did not know me until I appeared in front of their door :) In October 2016 and in September 2018 I did CS-trips through Poland and Russia which confirmed my positive Coucsurfing-impression from my first trip! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read books in foreign languages (mostly English or Dutch) to improve my vocabulary. Currently I'm reading 'Geronimo' from Leon de Winter.

In comparison to other people think I haven't watched many movies or series. But I do like a good film, especially when it has a historical background.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach you some German if you want to or tell you anything you want to know about Germany.

I might share some amusing travel-stories and cook a (hopefully delicious) meal for you :)
