I am 20 years old, I come from France.
I am currently a full-time student in my third year of engineering school. I like to challenge myself, that's why I set myself the challenge this summer to make a backpacking tour of Europe. Relationships and encounters are very important to me because we learn a lot from others. I am motivated by the idea of changing my habits, immersing myself in a culture different from mine and developing my communication skills by helping others. With the end of my year coming up, I really wanted a change of atmosphere. What motivates me is meeting new people, learning new skills, sharing my experience and learning about others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanted to know the beauties of Europe, to discover new cultures and change my habits. In this adventure, the beauty of the trip is to share with others. So to live this experience fully and make it unforgettable. I know that it is through encounters, that's why I am on Couchsurfing.

Interests

I am passionate about sport, I do it every day, it allows me to relieve the stress of school and have my own time. Since middle school, I go to school by bike. I love being in contact with nature and going on hikes. I also organize my time to enjoy my friends, my family, meetings because I learn a lot from them and they are driving forces in my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the opportunity to volunteer at a youth hostel last summer. I met great people, I challenged myself and I learned a lot about myself and others. I was able to see the world through different eyes and discover new cultures and visions. I would like to relive this experience which made me sincerely grow, to go and meet people, to help them and to share together the simple pleasures of life.

I went down the Loire in a kayak with some friends, it was the most beautiful experience of my life

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been tutoring high school students in math and physics every week( ≈ 8 hours), for the past 1 year. I accompany them in their lessons and homework. I offer them a personalized service while listening to them, rephrasing and helping them find a method of working. Ensuring a follow-up so that they reach the goals they have set for themselves.
