Hello all. I’m currently traveling overland from Singapore to Portugal (did a little visit to Indonesia right before as well). If you’re reading this I’m probably somewhere between Russia and Germany. While I definitely loved the Asian leg of my trip, I felt that perhaps I missed out a bit on local life – which is most likely the reason I sent you a couch request 😉. Nothing like hanging with locals to see what a place really is.

Am currently looking to surf couches on a part-time basis in Europe and Asia in order to find a bit of local flavor.

兴趣

I live and am from the capital of Canada, Ottawa. Nice little government city. I’m French-Canadian and I teach French at a research institute (the International Development Research Centre). I also am a bartender at a bar where a few of my friends also work – it is quite fun. For other fun I also quite like physical activity and socializing with friends.

I also like to travel. Two things that I realized I really like through these recent travels are:

A) Eating new foods
B) Motorbikes

I can help you practise French or English – I do teach French to adults for a living, hehe. I am also looking to practise Spanish, and am in fact looking to spend the last month of my travel in Spain to expand it.
