ABOUT ME

We are a couple of researchers, we both like to discover new areas, discussing diverse experiences, we like Cinema, traveling, board games and cards game!
Eline is interested in any cultural stuff, chatting, learn new things about others!
Maxime does lots of mountain sport and likes to do whatever sport. (hiking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, mountain bike...)
We love good food, we like cooking our own one with local product if possible, and of course share it :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have couch surfed twice during our European train trip. We went to two great hosts in Louisiana. We also use CS during our road trip (Austin TX -SF CA) during summer 2012. Each time, we enjoyed it a lot! So we are pleased to host more people, show Grenoble or give tips to discover the city/area (place to go, where to eat, good museums, hiking, etc.).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We had some nice guests. We love to show around Grenoble : climbing, walking, playing board games! We also meet lots of couch surfers through other friends who hosted people.

we particularly enjoyed cooking Mexican food or New Mexican food with our host or guest! Or teach how to make a chocolate Mousse to our English guests :) that is so great !

We also loved to discover new board games with our host or guest!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Backcountry camping in Grand Canyon North Rim with a big storm
- Camping in Big Bend National Park (TX)
- Arriving in Munich at 6am by a night train
- Enjoyed a lot of simple things that seem amazing when you live them
