Hello my Name is Max and I'm a 19 years old German Boy who is on the hunt for some adventures.
I grew up in Germany but i have already travelled a little bit around the EU.

I just finished School in March by recieving my highschool diploma (Abitur) and now I want to explore the World a little bit before getting locked up in the closet schedule of the workinglife . Thats why I want to travel through New Zealand this autumn and winter (sept.-febr.).

I consider myself a very uncomplicated person who loves to laugh and make silly jokes and puns eventhough I always like to discuss about complicated topics or learn more about the peoples dreams and believes with which I meet up . Eventhough my English skills are adequate I'd love to improve my linguistics by having interesting conversations.

Thats why I love to socialize with new people to discover their lifestyle and collect expierence about all the different places and ways how people master the us all surrounding challenges of the everyday life. I love being outdoors and being active if its in the Woods cheerishing the nature or in the city shopping or visiting sights doesn't make a big difference to me.
Nevertheless I enjoy a calm evening in a small pub listening to some music while drinking some cold beers just as much as a evening full of events.
My Hobbies include doing sports,playing games and listening to music ( mostly from creators who lived in a earlier generation than myself.. unfortunately).
All in all i think i could say that i have a wide range of interests which i try to expand with this awesome kind of travelling while meeting new peolpe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always loved to meet new people and if that is combined with the opportunity to get insider tips from the locals of the cities you travel to, while being able to help them in their dailygrind and expand your own horizont by getting to know them better, then how could i say no to this awesome possibilty which CS provides.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to a wide variety of music genres including music from ACDC, Phil Collins, Pink Floyd, Imagine Dragons and many more.
The best movies, in my opinion, are the ones that leave you with a feeling of needing at least 2 days to comprehend every aspect of the plot and which get betterwith every time you watch them. Therefore i enjoy Interstellar,Matrix,Inception or Moon. But the classics as Fightclub or Pulp Fiction will never die and should always be considered as an option of what to watch on a rainy day eventhough you already saw them like 30 times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a kayaking tour with two of my friends in summer 2017 where we traveled trough the lake system of southern Sweden while camping in the wild and enjoying the beautiful landscape.

... these kinds of memories are still the best to escape in while having to attend class or work.:D
