I´d consider myself openmindend philanthropic and kindhearted, but that is something everyone would write. I am someone you can discuss practically everything with, but also go partying or spend the evening with jokes or games. And aswell someone who is looking forward to see you, no matter who you are and what you do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is just the very best way of traveling. You experience the countries and citys and also the people in a totally different way. You can have been to a city a hundred times and still have no idea how it really is to the people who live there.
Also it is a great opportunity to meet new people from all over the world and share their views and perspectives.
+ i learned spanish via couchsurfing ;)

Interests

-Music wich is played on instruments (I´m actually quite good with the Guitar, the Cello and the Piano. And I think it is sad that music wich is played on instruments is something specific today)
-Philosophy (espacially german Idealism and 20th century like Heidegger, Sartre, Adorno...)
-Literature(espially around 1900, Kafka, Thomas Mann, again Sartre and one of my favorites: Ödön von Horwath)
-Theater ( Really like to go there and i play in a group aswell)
-Cooking (french, italian,arabian.. actually evrything but german :D)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: like i wrote, if it contains any instruments i will probably like it. I really like Jazz, classical music, but also hard rock and everything in between.
Books: phenomenology of spirit (Hegel) negative dialecics (adorno), america(kafka), the kasamarow brothers (Dostojewski), hitchhikers guide throgh the galaxy
Movies: Fight Club (like probably evryone who´s seen it), the holy mountain (very straange but revieling movie by alejandro jodorowsky), monty python, all the tarrantino films, all Kubrick films (seriously, watch them)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I was canoeing on a really wild river in Austria and a girl of my group was overturned by a huge wave and fast approaching a weir. I paddled after her and could actually reach her before, but i couldn´t make it back against the stream. So in the end we both where falling about 4 meters down. It was a good time though ;)

Also the Trip to China was something truly amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: If you want to I can teach you some guitar playing (if you just want to play chords its the easiest instrument in the world) If anyone would actually like that I can teach you math or theoretical physics. Anyone? Ok, maybe not. I can also show you the best bars and clubs and also the sights in Freiburg. And complicated german cardgames.
Learn: I want to learn as much as possible about other countries and their people. And I´d also like to improve my spanish. And since I love cooking, I would like you to show me how to prepare your typical dishes.
Share: Food, Time, Couch, whatever you´re asking for.
