I do a social voluntary service in Washington DC for one year working with people who experience homelessness. The organization I'm here with is called Action Reconciliation Service for Peace (ARSP). ARSP is committed to working toward reconciliation and peace, as well as fighting racism, discrimination and social exclusion.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and meeting new people. It's my first time being outside of Europe so I try to see as many different places as possible. I want to meet new cultures, new people and new places and I feel like Couchsurfing is the right place to do that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two bike tours with friends along the Rhine river to the Netherlands and Switzerland. We brought our tent and stayed on camping places or slept somewhere in the nature.

Stories I can tell, good conversation (especially about politics ;) )and also cooking. I like to get to know new people in new places.
