I’m Max, 20, Austrian. Currently in university studying business and economics which I thought to be boring first, but now it’s actually super interesting 0.0

When there’s no university, I love to travel. My last trip was to Israel and Jordan, right now I‘m somewhere in South East Asia for the summer.

I do enjoy parties occasionally, but I also love board games and just talking. Meeting new people and learning about new cultures is super interesting, because it opens one‘s eyes that not every part of the globe is the same. That’s a really poorly formulated sentence but I hope you get what I mean :P

Obviously I‘m pretty new to CS, but everyone has to start somewhere. In Austria, I live mostly in Vienna but visit my family in Graz often, so I might be able to host in Vienna, depending on the timing. Just reach out and we‘ll see :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I probably wouldn’t read about another culture myself, so speaking about it is definitely the better option :D
Also I think it’s a much better way to experience life and find some hidden spots when staying with local people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Sueco is my favorite musician at the moment. I think the genre is called Indie rock, but not sure. For music, the lyrics are really important to me.

Favorite book: I recently started reading the Dune series and it got me hooked. I also like watching animes and mangas. Generally, good stories always leave me crying a bit, I don’t know why.

Saw some whales in Australia - only from a plane, would love to swim with one c:
Slept in the desert (Wadi Rum) at probably 5 degrees with only one blanket

I’m pretty knowledgeable at fitness, if you wanna get in shape haha. I‘d also love to talk about business and economics related stuff and maybe I can teach you some marketing.

I‘m currently trying to figure out how to create proper AI art and how to design a good website. For now, I can help with setting up a site and making easy art, but nothing too complicated.
